Scope of Services
Axelator provides the following services:

- Video Editing & Graphic Design
- Payment Gateway Support

- Virtual Assistance
Each service may be governed by its own service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline.
Payment Terms
- Payment structures (e.g., upfront, milestone-based) are outlined in the service agreement.
- Invoices must be paid on time to avoid delays.
- Axelator reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
- All work created by Axelator remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights are transferred to the client as agreed.
- You may not resell, reuse, or distribute our work without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and necessary materials.
- Avoid any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
- Maintain secure access to any platforms or tools provided by Axelator.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, and personal data.
Service Modification & Termination
- Axelator may modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
- Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
- In the event of termination, fees for completed work will remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
Axelator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics). Axelator is not responsible for any limitations, changes, or downtime on these platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms

Return & Refund Policy
At Axelator, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or service cancellation is necessary. Our policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started.
- You cancel the service before any work or resource allocation begins.
- Axelator is unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal issues.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the project or service is already completed.
- If delays occur due to incomplete information or communication from the client.
- If third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, payment gateways) reject or restrict access.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases where partial work has been completed, Axelator may offer a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work delivered. This will be evaluated fairly and reasonably.
Refund Process
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing within 7 days of project start or issue.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Axelator first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract.
